  20. What about perl 5.x? It supports OOP, is fast and easy to use, decent
  21. GUIs can be made if you make CGI interfaces with a WWW browser, a
  22. byte-code compiler is supposedly in the works, there's LOTS of extant
  23. code to recycle, etc.
